South Northamptonshire Conservative Association are looking to appoint a part-time Office Administrator to join our team.
Hours: Part-time 20 hours per week; Monday – Friday with some evening and weekend work
Salary: Negotiable depending on experience
Key responsibilities
- Maintain and manage the Membership database of the Association through a CRM system and by regularly checking bank statements
- Keep in regular contact with our members through events diaries and maintaining the monthly e-newsletter
- Run the annual Christmas raffle
- Maintain a list of all of our Executive and Management members, alongside Branch committees
- Arrange Management, Executive and Annual General meetings and book venues
- Take minutes of meetings and circulate them in a timely manner
- Manage correspondence by answering emails, sorting post and answering phone calls
- Work with the office of the Member of Parliament to ensure a good working relationship
- Draft, format and send out letters to members and Councillors, where necessary
- Support the Fundraising Committee and Management Team by assisting with events, including ticket sales and advertising
- Maintain office supplies and order additional stock when needed
- Compile the end of year report with assistance from the Management Team and Branch committees
- Maintain a record of donations in accordance with the Electoral Commission guidelines
- Manage volunteers
- Keep the Association website up to date
