Alan Duncan MP, Minister of State for International Development, was the speaker at South Northants Conservative Association Dinner on Friday 10th June.

The Dinner was by kind permission of Lord Heseltine in the Church Barn at Thenford. It was hosted by the new Chairman, Peter Warner, and attended by members of the association including the present MP, Andrea Leadsom, and her predecessor, Lord Boswell.

The Minister spoke of the vaccination programme to be carried out using money from the Overseas Aid budget and how valuable this was for preventing children dying from health problems such as diarrhoea.
